The Role: Monday – Friday administration support Liaise with clients, sales agents and external stakeholders Process and manage property sales files from listing through to settlement Design marketing material via Campaign Track(Brochures, DL's, Signboards, inhouse artworks, etc) Advertising, marketing and reporting Liaise with conveyancers, solicitors and local councils Database management Office management and coordination Compliance checks for all properties prior to going live CRM management The Candidate: The Tools of the Trade – Certificate of Registration or License, car, drivers license Previous experience in Real Estate A natural relationship builder with exemplary customer service Immaculate personal presentation Strong administration skills The ability to work in a top performing team The Benefits: HUGE salary Monday – Friday Role LOADS of support!
