In this role, you will work within a team environment in a professional, efficient, and diplomatic manner to manage all aspects of the administration tasks associated with sales campaigns.
Key responsibilities: Providing ongoing sales assistance to all sales employees by assisting with sales-related activitiesEnter property details accurately into our database (CRM)Place orders for property marketing and book advertising spacesManage internet property listings and build artwork for all boards, brochures, and print mediaCoordinate correspondence to solicitors in relation to contract processingUpload open for inspections and cross-check with appropriate websites to ensure accuracyCompile statistics, analyze and produce reportsPrepare advertising schedules and sales campaign filesPrepare Open Packs/Auction BagsProvide reception support and coverOther administrative duties as requiredAbout you: You are a customer-focused individual with excellent communication and people skills.
You will be able to recognize and respond to competing priorities in order to create an effective and efficient office environment.
To be successful in this role you will possess: Extensive experience in sales administration; Real Estate experience highly regardedAdvanced competency in Microsoft Office suite specifically Excel and WordAbility to work well independently and as part of a team and demonstrate initiativeExceptional relationship and communication skillsHigh level of attention to detail, customer service focus, personable demeanorExperience in Real Estate Industry and advertising experience (highly regarded)REIV - Cert IV in Property Services (highly regarded)Kay & Burton has much to be proud of - but nothing more so than its people.
