Sales Administrator

Are you an organised multitasker with a passion for keeping everything running smoothly?
We're looking for a sales coordinator to be the vital link between our clients, sales reps and inventory teams.
What You'll Do: Client & Sales Representative Liaison; Act as the key contact for our sales representatives and clients, ensuring exceptional communication and customer satisfaction Inventory Coordination; Work closely with out warehouse and procurement teams to ensure stock is available for orders, minimising delays Order Management; Monitoring order timelines to ensure all deliveries are on schedule Administrative Support; Assist with general administrative duties, including processing invoices, managing documentation and updating databases.
What We're Looking For: Strong interpersonal skills Excellent organisational skills Proactive, problem solving skills Experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a similar role Essentially, you will be required to ensure order and sales processes are running smoothly and clients will be satisfied with the service they receive.
