Sales Administrator LOCATION: Ingham, Queensland Join our thriving Ingham branch and become a key member of our dynamic sales team!
We're looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to take on a busy and exciting role.
This is a unique chance to work in a successful environment where your skills will be valued and your contributions will make a significant impact.
What we can offer: What we are looking for: Experienced with Microsoft Suite Package Excellent customer service and time management skills Experience preparing quotations and handling customer invoices and queries.
Have a can-do-attitude and a passion for the industry Willingness to reflect the Honeycombes Mission, Vision and Values at all times.
Responsibilities: Undertake all general office duties to include processing petty cash, ordering stationery and other general office supplies.
Prepare sales quotations, document and record.
Provide a high level of administration support to the sales team.
Handle customers enquiries relating to invoicing and delivery queries.
Preparation of documentation for equipment requiring registration.
