About The Opportunity
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and maintaining strong customer relationships. Some of your responsibilities will include:
Responding to customer inquiries via phone and emailProactively following up on quotes and sales opportunitiesUtilising the ERP system for quotations, orders, and invoicesMaintaining CRM system with lead and sales pipeline informationManaging customer orders, ensuring timely processing and deliveryPreparing and providing quotes, product information, and marketing materials
About You
The successful candidate will have:
Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlinesProficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel, and internal ERP systems2+ years of experience in a similar sales administration roleDegree in Business or Marketing is highly regarded
You Will Also Have
A valid driver's licence and Australian citizenship to be able to work with the ADFAbility to engage with customers verbally and in writing to drive salesExperience in apparel-related fields is a plus
