Sales Administrator

We are a locally owned and operated large cabinetry manufacturer located in Tomago NSW. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Administrator to join our busy team on a Full-Time basis.
About the role: Working within a fast-paced and dynamic team, the successful applicant will possess exceptional prioritising skills and a high attention to detail. Duties include:
Reading and interpreting building plans, quotes and selections to accurately extract and enter new jobs into our production software and Excel spreadsheets.Managing customer enquiries regarding new and existing projects.Providing exceptional customer service support to internal and external stakeholders.A mature attitude, strong team focus and a sense of task ownership are essential for success in this pivotal role.
We are looking for: Intermediate to High computer competence.Strong organisational skills to monitor and track multiple projects simultaneously.Demonstrated understanding of developing & following procedures.Friendly & professional customer service.Previous experience in the Building Industry with familiarity of drafting plans highly regarded.If you are looking to take the next step in your career and join a thriving Newcastle business, we would love to hear from you.
