Role Summary: Monday – Friday role as a Sales Administrator in Docklands.
This role is integral to supporting our sales team by efficiently managing administrative tasks, facilitating the smooth operation of sales activities, and enhancing our operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities: Support the sales team in preparing and organizing documentation related to sales transactions.Prepare all marketing materials and maildrop to promote sales listings.Maintain comprehensive and accurate client and transaction records.Assist in the settlement process to ensure all transactions go smoothly.Liaise with external suppliers throughout the pipeline.Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and property viewings.Handle correspondence and communications with clients and other stakeholders.Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external use.Ensure compliance with all regulatory, ethical, and legal guidelines.Perform ad hoc administration duties.Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience of 2 years as a real estate representative.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in CRM software (Agentbox is an advantage).Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.What We Offer: A dynamic, supportive, and professional work environment in a prime location.A competitive salary package with opportunities for professional development.A culture that values innovation and excellence.A fun and engaging team atmosphere with supportive leadership.How to Apply: Interested candidates should submit a cover letter and resume detailing their qualifications and experience.
