Work from home flexibility Our client is a sought after business and a key industry player headed up by an incredibly supportive senior management team, their focus lies in an open and honest approach to their clients backed up by the ability to deliver results.
They are now seeking a motivated property sales administrator with experience stemming from a residential sales administration background.
Duties will include: Organisation and collaboration with sales agents to ensure the administration tasks pertaining to the sales and leasing workflow are completed proactively and to a consistently high standard Liaising with company solicitors, settlement agents, customers, and clients Preparation of minutes, Disclosure Statements, property reports and other relevant documentation Providing general day to day administrative support to the sales team Data entry and database management Assisting with the organisation of both team and client meetings Assisting client communication throughout the sales process Auction preparation with documentation Risk compliance - managing risks within the agency and with clients Update and maintenance of CRM system Confidentially communicate with staff, clients and other contacts Assistance with calls and emails, ensuring all client queries are answered in a timely and professional manner Benefits:  Access to training to further develop your career and skills Career progression and growth offered Work with a collaborative & innovative team Great team environment with training, social events & networking opportunities Great base salary plus incentives Lots of systems, structures and procedures in place Monday to Friday only Work from home opportunities This team are lots of fun, love to laugh and are supportive of each other, working collaboratively as a team.

Working closely with the team, the role requires someone that is switched on and capable of high output and has a pre-emptive mindset.
Ideally, you will have at least 2 years experience within a Real Estate environment and have strong knowledge in residential real estate legislation.
