The fundamental responsibilities of this role include: Provide professional communication to clients & staff to ensure a positive experience with every point of contact; Manage the administration & marketing of all sales listings – compliance, title search, disclosure statements, blank contracts, marketing invoices etc.
Responsible for the preparation, coordination, and attendance of our monthly In Room Auctions; Prepare office and property marketing – brochures, signboards, social media posts.
Assist with preparing and editing various documents, marketing collateral, reports and presentations; Coordinate team events including quarterly team building events, weekly team meetings, office promotions Assist the Contracts Administrator where required.
