Sales Administrator - Harvey Norman

Harvey Norman Commercial are seeking a Marketing and Communications Manager. Harvey Norman Commercial Stapylton is a very successful division of a national company, involved in the supply of a large product range to the construction industry in Queensland, particularly to home builders and large-scale residential construction projects. The ideal candidate would be a recent graduate or have experience in the field of graphic design and marketing/communications. Job Description/Typical Duties: Design and execute email marketing campaigns Produce engaging and relevant marketing content Creation of sales presentations Updating and maintaining company website and multiple e-commerce platforms Create and edit quarterly company newsletter Social media management (Instagram, LinkedIn) Event invitations Content Creation Branding Ad hoc design services Provide administration support where required Occasional event photography Updating products/images in CRM Liaising with suppliers and print providers Work Experience, Software & Skills: Ideally, recently graduated University Marketing Graduate Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop and Lightroom required Mid to High level knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel Some experience with MS Teams and Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) preferred Skilled in creating LinkedIn and Instagram posts The ability to work well as part of a fast paced yet highly efficient team The ability to work autonomously Exceptional written and verbal communication skills A background and/or interest in Marketing and Administration Experience with Social Media marketing Experience with managing websites Experience with creating marketing campaigns Your own transport We Offer: Secure employment with a national company within a growing industry Monday to Friday Only, Full Time (38 Hours/Week) A friendly yet professional working environment Monthly morning teas and frequent free-dress days (where casual attire is permitted) The opportunity to attend some great industry events Please apply if you are interested in the above role and successful applicants will be contacted.
