Sales Administrator - Campbelltown Area

We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to support the principles & associates' team. With a 13 office network, training and career progression is assured!
The Position: 
Working closely with the Director & Sales Team, you will be managing the client relationships and supporting the team: 
Check Contracts to ensure all paperwork is present and current Have an understanding of what changes can legally be made to a contract Process sales from exchange through to settlement, including processing rescission notices Liaise with Solicitors and Conveyancers, including confirming settlement date and orders Liaise with Vendors and Purchasers Receive and process sales advice Verify sales, and customer's personal information Organise Saturday auctions and open home packs Update data spreadsheets and other internal systems, including electronic filing  Ensure all processes are being followed in line with legislation and NSW Fair Trading requirements The Ideal Candidate
Ideally some experience in an admin capacity in real estate  Current Certificate of registration  Very Strong Admin & organisation skills  Strong customer service skills  Able to manage conflicting deadlines & processes  Understanding of the real estate sales process Benefits:
