About the Role A Part-time opportunity is available for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly cross-functional team.
You will be responsible for all aspects of customer service administration, supporting all business departments, product specialists, and engineers alongside outsourced service freight departments.
Responsibilities will be, but not limited to are: Data Entry - Processing Purchase Orders Answering Telephone with customer queries Review customer accounts, contracts Freight Management and tracking Database management Entering of invoices through SAP General admin ad-hoc duties as required About You To be successful in this role, you will be expected to have the following.
