The Role: Monday – Friday only! Administration processes & support to a high-performing team of Agents Preparing proposal packs & marketing plans Coordination of sales campaigns Collaborating with the marketing Team Securing appointments for all properties listed for sale Preparation of proposals and administration of new listings Proactively manage operational administration flow of work within the Sales Team Processing of exchanges Supporting with data entry & reporting The Candidate: Have a strong administration background in Real Estate A Current Certificate of Registration Ability to manage a high volume workload – you will be working across approximately 20 listings per month Provide a high standard of customer service Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) Ability to work autonomously & part of a team The Benefits: Support a top-performing Sales Team & Brand!
