Key Responsibilities Reporting to the Regional Director, ANZ; You will be responsible for : Full Spectrum of administrative and clerical support for both Australia and New Zealand (Creating SAP entries/ updates for employees, payroll administration, reviewing expense reports, etc) Travel expenses and reconciling travel reports Office Management (responsible for agreements/negotiations with vendor, rent payments etc) Administration of health insurance companies in Australia and New Zealand.
Other admin supports (including working with HQ to provide supports for bookkeeping activities for both Australia and New Zealand entities) Qualifications Minimum of 8 years of work experience in a similar role, with proven organizational and multi-tasking skills Hands on experience with SAP, MS Office (MS Excel in particular) Detail oriented with ability to perform data entry and comfortable to work with numerical tasks.
