A well-established commercial and residential supplier of natural stone tiles internationally are currently seeking an outstanding Sales Administration professional to join their expanding team.Mon-Fri Key Areas of responsibilityProviding efficient and effective customer service and support to the clients and sales team, while undertaking a diverse range of administrative activitiesHandling and directing communications and enquiries received via telephone and emails from a vast variety of clientsManaging project supply through the utilisation of our business management software.Generating and processing quotations, sales orders, and Tax Invoices.Liaising with internal and external service providers and suppliers to coordinate product supply.Administer and maintain office systems, and CRM database.Handling and reconciling accounts receivable and payable enquiries.General office and administration duties and any ad hoc duties as directed by the ManagerYour SkillsHigh level administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracyExceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to establish good rapport with current and potential clientsExcellent time management skills, the ability to prioritise workload, multi-task and manage competing demands and shifty priorities.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently, and as part of a teamDesire to demonstrate initiative and achieve excellence in your roleIntermediate to advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)In return the position offers on-site training and support and a friendly modern office with a terrific team environment.
