:As the Sales Coordinator at Loam Bio, your primary responsibility will be to manage and enhance the first point of contact with farmers, ensuring a professional and engaging experience. With a keen eye for detail and a strong emphasis on understanding their specific needs, your role is to provide thorough and empathetic support. Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, you will serve as an indispensable part of the Sales team, focusing on the meticulous management of Loam's partnerships and maintaining strong, detail-oriented relationships with farmers to support our growth.

Responsibilities: Assist in organising and maintaining the sales pipeline, scheduling meetings, and ensuring that all sales activities are logged and tracked efficiently in our CRM system. Provide administrative support to the sales team, enabling them to focus on strategic sales activities and customer engagement. Act as a supportive point of contact for our agricultural partners, helping to gather their requirements and share relevant information about our offerings. Take charge of administrative duties, including document preparation, managing email correspondences, and coordinating travel arrangements for the sales team. Contribute to market research efforts under the guidance of Territory Managers, helping to identify potential partners and opportunities within the agricultural sector. Participate in the preparation of reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends. Requirements Entry-level professional experience in agricultural environments Exceptional organisational and administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the enthusiasm to interact and build relationships with a variety of stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in agricultural science, agronomy, agribusiness, or a related field desirable Confidence in using CRM software (, Salesforce) and Google Suite. Training will be provided, but a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies is essential. A self-starter attitude with a drive to take on responsibilities and contribute to the team's success. An interest in sustainable agriculture and a commitment to environmental stewardship are highly valued. Readiness to travel occasionally for meetings and industry events, embracing opportunities to learn and grow within the field.
