About This Opportunity As the primary point of contact for our customers, you'll provide exceptional service by identifying their needs and delivering solutions as well as building engaging relationships with customers to maximise growth and retention opportunities.
In this role you will: Use your outstanding communication skills to engage with customers via phone and email, identifying their needs and delivering solutions.
Build engaging relationships with customers to extend their loyalty with Silver Chef and maximize the opportunities for growth and retention.
