About the Role:We are currently seeking a driven and enthusiasticAdministration Clerk to join our Mercedes-Benz team on a full-timebasis in Campbelltown.
As an Administration Clerk, you will thrive in an organized,efficient, and team-oriented environment, possessing strongcommunication skills.
Responsibilities: Provide exceptional value-adding and customer service tointernal and external parties as required.Ensure accuracy in all documentation, including spreadsheets,journals, appointments, and bookings.Respond promptly to emails and process data effectively andefficiently.Offer general administration support to the operations team asneeded.Manage internal paperwork related to deliveries.Handle registration processes for New and Used Vehicles usingthe online registration system.Process deals for New and Used Vehicles using our in-housedealer management system.Maintain and manage stock lists, advertise vehicles onCarsales, and process sold vehicle folders.Assist in reconciling select financial accounts.Support the team with various projects and tasks as theyarise.
Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role within a RetailAutomotive Service Department.Excellent communication, numeracy, and customer serviceskills.Punctuality, reliability, and the ability to adapt inhigh-pressure situations.Professionalism, organization, and exceptional interpersonalskills.Proficiency in basic computer skills, including MicrosoftExcel, Word, and Outlook.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Attention to detail and a strong sense of care.Eligibility to work in Australia with residencyentitlements.
