In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with client management tasks, organizing and growing our client database, and conducting outreach initiatives to maintain client engagement. This is a full-time position operating on an AEST schedule, Monday to Friday.Key Responsibilities: Manage and update client data using CRM tools such as HubSpot, transitioning from Excel spreadsheets to a more efficient system.Conduct research to gather additional information about clients, including locating their LinkedIn profiles and other relevant data points. Assist in the creation and implementation of email templates and social media outreach strategies to engage clients and nurture relationships.Utilize tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to enhance client outreach efforts and optimize engagement.Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of client interactions once engagement has been established.Maintain organized records of client communications and interactions for future reference.Qualifications:Previous experience in sales administration, client management, or a similar role is preferred.Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, is highly desirable.Proficiency in conducting online research and utilizing digital tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.A proactive mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
