The Role: In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for key business functions.
You'll handle everything from sales support to admin and inventory management.
This role is crucial to the success of our business, ensuring that our team and customers are supported efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with sales administration and tracking customer orders.Order inventory, ensuring all necessary parts and equipment are available.Coordinate scheduling for mechanical services and assist in customer inquiries related to repairs and maintenance.Support the sales of the business by providing key customer information, generating quotes, and assisting with customer follow-ups.About You: Proven experience in admin and sales.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.A background in sales support or customer service is highly desirable.Familiarity with marine products or services is a plus, but not essential.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and internal teams.A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and make decisions.Why Join Us?
