The Role: To thrive in the dynamic environment of Gathering Events, the Sales & Account Manager serves as a crucial link between clients, the Sales Team, and the Event Managers. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will be talking to clients, creating custom quotes, managing bookings, and offering tailored solutions through phone consultations.
Sales liaison and coordination: Serve as the go-to person for client needs, managing everything from new inquiries to bookings.
Generating quotes: Craft bespoke event quotes that meet and exceed client expectations.
Client consultations: Provide personalised solutions and guidance to clients, via phone and email, to ensure their events are planned and delivered to meet expectations.
Collaborative: Work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure a seamless experience for clients, balancing creativity and logistical efficiency.
You Bring to the Table: A passion for events and creating memorable experiences.Stellar administration and email skills – organisation is key.Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment while keeping a cool head.Confidence in communicating over the phone, with the ability to solve problems and pitch ideas effortlessly.Proven experience in sales or account management, ideally within events, hospitality, or a related field.Creativity when it comes to event solutions – you love thinking outside the box.Team-oriented mindset with a desire for self-growth, adaptability, and career advancement.*
