Safety, Training and Environment Administrator The MSF Sugar team are always searching for people that complement our core principals and company culture to join our ever-growing team. The Role Applications are invited for the position of a Safety, Training and Environment Administrator to join the MSF Sugar team on a fixed-term full-time basis until June 2025. Located at our South Johnstone Mill - a short 15 minute drive from Innisfail - the Safety, Training and Environment Administrator will be required to work collaboratively towards delivering high quality solutions and results, in relation to overall safety objectives. The Responsibilities Some of the key responsibilities will include: Support and encourage the workplace to foster a positive and safe culture. Administration of appropriate records, reports and procedures. Undertake hazard identification, inspections, audits and training. Assist with the development of return-to-work plans, and other relevant documentation to ensure a smooth return to work process. The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience working in a similar working environment. High proficiency in Microsoft Suite. High attention to detail and accuracy in relation to record keeping. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Experience in auditing and analysing large amounts of information. Highly developed time management skills with the ability to prioritise daily tasks and adapt to changing business needs at short notice. A high ability to maintain confidentiality. Possess a current open 'C' class drivers' licence. First Aid Certification would be advantageous. Prior experience or knowledge of safety management systems would be advantageous.
