Our vision is to create a new kind of logistics ecosystem, where our people and physical assets are connected through a ubiquitous technology platform, enabling true supply chain efficiency.FMH Group is comprised of three operating divisions: (1) Fourth-Party Logistics (4PL) and Warehousing, (2) Technology and (3) Transport.The Safety Systems and Reporting Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive data analysis and reporting across the Group and its business units. This role involves producing both internal and external reports to the Business and the Regulator.RequirementsProvide timely and accurate Safety, Compliance and Wellbeing reports to senior management, regulatory authorities, and relevant stakeholders.Advise on key risks and trends identified from incident analysis to ensure improvements to our processes and activities.Administration and maintenance of the Safety Management System including timely and accurate reporting data to ensure the integrity of all data captured to ensure effective data analysis.Reporting on business KPIs to promote their completion and on open incidents, hazards and corrective actions to enable their timely close out.Ensure thorough incident investigations are completed and corrective actions taken to address root causes.Provide monthly training in the use of the Safety Management System software to end users and maintain/update the SMS User Guidelines to ensure users have up-to-date instructions for the use of the system.Experience RequiredStrong proficiency in the use of business analytical tools including Power BI.Experience in the preparation of business reports.Ability to analyse key business risks and trends and provide comprehensive reports.Demonstrated ability to plan and conduct training sessions.Excellent communication skills for conducting training sessions.Proficiency with virtual meeting tools (Zoom, Teams) and in-person training.Experience with Safety Management Systems not essential – training to be provided.Incredible career opportunities with the ability to grow and develop as the business continues to evolve.A professional environment where we challenge each other to do it better.An engaging and empowering culture.Convenient on-site parking, a state-of-the-art office space with on-site cafe.Annual discretionary performance-related bonus.
