System administrator duties of the company incident management system including updating user security settings, facilitating and testing system enhancements, providing system support and trainingReview and update associated company documentation including training packages and company Standards as relevantWork directly with IT to update the company incident management system and the IT Active Directory ensuring correct system accessSupport National Safety Leaders, guiding through system queriesUpdate incorrectly entered dataAttend and facilitate meetings with relevant internal and external Stakeholders, providing support as requiredDevelop and update scheduled reports for the system to generate and send to end users as requiredProvide general safety administration support as requiredReview, analyse and reconcile data to collate and produce required company periodical and ad hoc safety reports in an accurate and timely mannerFacilitate and support safety systems and reporting continuous improvement strategies as required including:Working with the Data Analytics teams to build the DataMartData Validation from raw excel spreadsheets and Tableau dashboardsDeveloping Tableau dashboards, andProject planning and implementation, providing updates on progress to Management as requiredTHE PERSON Demonstrated experience in an administration role, particularly with the handling and manipulation of dataWorking towards or recently obtained Certificate IV in WHS/TAE (or equivalent)Ability to engage, influence and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders at all levelsExcellent time management, communication and organisational skills with great attention to detailTeam player and ability to work autonomouslyHigh level of computer literacy and experience in the use of Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint) with particular skills in data management, analysis and creating formulas in ExcelKnowledge of web-based software applications and good understanding of digital technologyAdvanced verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge and experience with INX, Tableau and/or dashboarding would be highly regardedTHE BENEFITS Access to a wide variety of training & developmentMultiple salary packaging options to help your dollar go furtherClear career paths and support to achieve your goalsPersonal and site based recognition programsFull paid training prior to deployment in our Perth AcademyOver 100 employee benefits with Compass' ongoing partnership with MaximaAPPLY NOW We are committed to providing a recruitment process that is fair, equitable and accessible for all.
