About the Role
We are currently seeking a casual Safety & Security Officer to join our on-site team.
Working a rotating roster, including evenings, nights and weekends, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all employees, guests, contractors and the property.
You will be involved in guest liaison, first aid response, fire emergency activities, investigations and monitoring security surveillance equipment.
Reporting to the Safety & Security Manager, this position requires you to be a motivated individual who is highly organised, hard working, enthusiastic and committed.

Requirements
Previous experience as a Security Officer in a customer service environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Current Certificate II in Security Operations/ Crowd Control and Senior First Aid Certificate Candidates with hotel experience will be highly regarded.
You must have the ability to prioritise tasks, enjoy working in a diverse, team environment and be flexible to work a 7 day rotating roster.
