The Safety Partner will be the first point of contact for all safety-related matters, offering advisory and delivery services that align with our business plans, legislative requirements, and company needs.Key responsibilities include:Providing technical safety responses to hazards, incidents, and injuries, with a strong focus on prevention.Coaching, mentoring, and supporting teams to foster a mature safety culture.Identifying and implementing safety, environment, and wellbeing initiatives that contribute to a safe, high-performing, and engaged workforce.If you're a trusted team player, skilled at building relationships and collaborating with various teams to align safety initiatives with broader business strategies – we want to hear from you!Minimum RequirementsDiploma in WHS (or related field) or the equivalent level or skills and knowledge gained through experience.SA Driver's License (Class C).May be required to travel Intrastate/Interstate on occasion.May be required to visit worksites on occasion.What's on offerAn opportunity to join an organisation recognised for its innovation, technology, growth, and community service.A commitment to work-life balance with truly flexible working arrangements, a great team environment and a career focus with development opportunities.12.5% superannuation (1% above current legislated employer contributions).Up to $900 in electricity reimbursements each year.17.5% leave loading payable on annual leave.Automatic coverage from SA Power Networks income protection scheme.Paid parental leave (5 weeks) and maternity leave (18 weeks).An industry-leading focus and reputation for safety and wellbeing.How to ApplyTo apply click 'Apply'.
