We have a rare opportunity for a talented Safety Officer to join our dynamic and motivated team.
About the Role As a Safety Officer, you will have a great opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects across fit-out, refurbishment and new build construction.
This role requires exceptional safety leadership skills and sound knowledge of construction practices to influence, promote and maintain compliance in line with Sarah's safety systems and values.
Key responsibilities of the job include: Assist the Site team with establishing and maintaining a safe and professionally presented worksite.
Provide support and input with the project team relating to WHS and Environmental matters.
Comply with all QHSE policies and procedures relating to the Company's operations.
Assist and give guidance in the development, implementation and review of the project WHS Management Plan.
Implement, review and monitor HIRAC systems.
Conduct site inductions, toolbox meetings and other consultation requirements involving a diverse range of people and project stakeholders.
Assist in incident investigations, mitigation and reporting processes.
Establish positive working relationships with all project personnel.

About You You will have previous safety experience within the commercial construction industry and have a strong customer service focus.
