RATP Dev West Sydney Airport ("RDWSA") is a subsidiary of RATP DEV part of RATP Group, operating and maintaining urban and interurban transport networks in 12 countries through more than 120 subsidiaries.Thanks to the professionalism of our over 27,000 employees and the expertise of a world leader in public transport, our subsidiaries bring performance, dynamism, and reliability to our customers and the passengers in their networks.The group is growing strongly and has consolidated revenues of more than €1.7 billion.Working in partnership with the NSW Government, the Parklife Metro consortium is working on an exciting new metro rail infrastructure project in Greater Western Sydney.Comprising Plenary, RATP Dev, Siemens, and Webuild, the private sector partners are looking to build their metro rail expertise to deliver this city-shaping project, which will be delivered under a Public-Private Partnership model and will provide a major economic stimulus for western Sydney.This role will report to the HSEQ Director and be responsible for managing system safety requirements during the delivery and operational readiness phases, and for preparing the final Operational Safety Case for RDWSA.Accountabilities:Ensure compliance with the key values of the organisation in all parts of the roleEnsure safety remains a core priority in all actions within this role including the identification of hazards, recording of risks, and implementation of controls in accordance with correct procedureEnsure accountability and sustainability for the environmentMain Responsibilities:Manage system safety during the delivery and operational readiness phases of the projectDraft the Operational Safety Case, and manage the update and distribution of subsequent revisions until completionDevelop and implement processes in collaboration with key stakeholders to provide effective and efficient safety assurance in accordance with the safety management systemDevelop, manage, and assist in delivering progressive safety assurance cases and safety arguments, including the application of Goal Structured Notation to support the development of the safety argumentParticipate in and assist with risk analysis and assessment activities, and recommend effective risk control measuresReview and comment on systems assurance submissions from contractors and consortium partnersEnsure system safety requirements have been included in designs, and participate in the review processLiaise with external stakeholders, including the client, Independent Safety Assessor, and regulators, to advise progress on safety assurance and to ensure the progressive application of system safety throughout the project#J-18808-Ljbffr
