Qualifications and SkillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.Proven experience in a senior sales management role, preferably within the video surveillance, security, or technology industry.Strong knowledge of the security industry, including video surveillance, access control, and related technologies.Demonstrated track record of successfully achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
