About the Opportunity We are seeking a Support and Test Equipment (S&TE) Coordinator to join the ASC Team!
As an S&TE Coordinator you will ensure all Support and Test Equipment is safe, certified, ready for use, and located appropriately.
This role will also include the issue and return of support and test equipment.
Responsibilities Issuing and return of support and test equipment, and consumable items in ASC's management system (IFS).
Stocktaking of S&TE stores to ensure accurate stick and consumables are recorded.
Track consumables accurately.
Preparation of weekly team roster ensuring each tool store has coverage to meet business requirements.
Raising of Quarantine reports for damaged / lost support and test equipment.
Ordering of new items requested by team members or via the Quarantine process.
Conduct the Quarterly musters of various Dangerous goods storage lockers.
Packaging and transport requirements from one site to another within ASC.
About you Previous Tool Store experience or experience in a similar role.
Demonstrated Experience in the issuing and return of support and test equipment.
Experience driving a Forklift (High Risk Work License) is required.
Mechanical, Electrical and Fabrication trades/product knowledge is highly desirable Knowledge of IFS is desirable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Eligibility This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance.
Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
