About the Role We are currently looking for passionate, motivated and experienced Commis Chefs to join our kitchen team on a casual basis.
Our kitchen team supports separate outlets within the hotel, Conference & Events, Zebu Restaurant and Bar, in addition to room service orders.
Reporting to the Executive Chef, the Commis Chefs will be responsible for the assisting with the management of kitchen operations.
The role will provide essential support to the Sous Chef and kitchen team with menu development, managing costs and driving revenue.
The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering high quality products and experiences for our guests, excellent communication skills, and be a team player who works well with others by leading from the front with a positive attitude.
