About the Role We are looking for Duty Managers to oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including driving excellence in guest service. Some key responsibilities of this hands-on role are:
Ensure the team is customer-focused, being proactive in identifying customer needs. Welcome and assist all guest arrivals, departures, and requests. Actively resolve guest issues and challenges presented on shift, including responding to guest feedback. Assist the FOM with rostering, training and provide leadership for the greater Front Office team. Must be available to work weekends. If you are a detail-oriented and system-oriented person with sensational customer service skills, who genuinely gets a kick out of making the day better for others, we want to hear from you.
Skills & Experience Previous hotel supervisory experience. Strong written and verbal communication essential. Pride in personal presentation and grooming essential. Sound time management and problem-solving skills essential.
