About the role We are seeking a talented, vibrant and dynamic QT Front Office Duty Manager, that will bring individuality, creativity and passion into turning the ordinary into extraordinary.
Ensuring our guest's needs are exceeded Managing the day to day operations of the hotel Customer service duties including check ins, check outs and managing any guest enquiries. Ensure policies, procedures, rates and general hotel information are communicated to the team. Be proficient in all front and back office equipment/ systems / programs. Cash handling, electronic payments and responding to email / enquiries. Ensuring the health, safety and well-being of all guests during your shift Implement training programs for all front office employees, conduct new employee inductions/on boarding and skills training.
