About the role - Rural Manager – Regional South Australia:We are looking for people who have a passion for regional Australia that are:
Ambitious to learn and grow further by taking the next step in their career.In a similar role; looking for a rural focused organisation with purpose, a deeper connection with the team and clients.Residing in, or willing to explore living in regional South Australia.Well-connected in the community and are a great networker who is passionate about promoting the organisation they represent to contribute to the growth and expansion.Reporting to the Area Manager, you will manage a portfolio of rural clients in accordance with bank and branch goals for profitability, client satisfaction and credit quality.
You will naturally be relationship driven, focusing on how you can value add to your client portfolio through innovative ideas and your passion for the rural sector.
You will gain energy through using client advocacy and your community and business networks to continue to grow your client base.
Your internal relationship management team will be there to support you to support your existing and new clients.
It will truly be a team effort.
