We're looking for an inspiring RTW Team Manager to lead a dynamic team and drive success within the claims management space.About the Role:Lead a team of 14 managing a front end portfolio of claims for corporate clients.
You'll provide guidance and mentorship to a young, growing team, focusing on claims involving physical and psychological injuries.
We're seeking someone with strong VIC legislation knowledge, a commercial mindset, and the ability to motivate and develop the team.Key Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and support a team of 14 claims professionals.Provide clear direction, reporting, and guidance to foster team performance.Drive change management and support the business through an exciting growth phase.Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.Use your expertise in VIC legislation to ensure compliance and performance.Encourage and improve team capabilities through direct and indirect management.What We're Looking For:Proven experience as a Team Leader or in a 2i.c role, ready to take the next step.Strong technical knowledge in claims management, with the ability to coach and uplift team performance.A positive, energetic leader who can relate to and engage with a younger workforce.Commercially minded with a focus on process improvement.Experience managing both physical and psychological injury claims is desirable.A passion for fostering client relationships and driving customer satisfaction.How to Apply: Please submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience and qualifications.#J-18808-Ljbffr
