The Company: Access Training Centre (ATC) is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) specialising in the training and assessing of High Risk Licensing, as well as delivering nationally accredited training under the VET Quality Framework in the Construction, Resources and Infrastructure, Public Safety, Manufacturing, Mining and Transport, and Logistic Industries.
We have 4 key training facilities; 2 in Adelaide (located in Dudley Park and Wingfield) and 2 in regional South Australia (Port Augusta and Port Pirie).
Key Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Review, identify and lead changes for the implementation of the new Standards for RTOsProvide training to required staff about changes to Standards for RTOs relevant to their rolesDevelop and implement audit strategies, and lead audit processesLead external Regulatory audits in line with the Standards for RTOsLead internal audit processes including reviewing and updating Policies, Procedures, Forms and DocumentsPrepare submissions for Annual Compliance DeclarationsAssist Training Manager to meet compliance requirements for Assessors relating to other Regulatory bodies (eg: SafeWork SA, Austroads, EWPA)Advise and guide Management Team on compliance issues, changes and opportunities for improvementLead proactive communication relating to ongoing non compliance in Training, Assessment and RPL processesLiaise, assist, communicate and work with external organisations relating to partnership arrangements, to maintain compliance in line with the SRTOsEnsure the processes for the use and produced outcomes of the Student Management System (VETtrak) comply with the current Standards for RTOsFoster a culture of continuous improvement to maintain high standards of compliance and training quality.Minimum Requirements TAE401116 (or equivalent) Cert IV Training and Assessment and /or Cert IV in Quality AuditingMinimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in a Compliance Management role in an RTOExtensive experience maintaining quality and compliance standardsSystematic knowledge of Standards for RTOs 2015 with an understanding of changes to Standards for RTOs 2025Strong knowledge and experience in preparing, conducting and recording of Internal Audit processesExperience in evaluating Training Programs and conducting validation activitiesComplete understanding and application of Units of Competency and Training PackagesDemonstrated experience consulting with Regulatory bodiesHigh level communication skills, verbal and written, applied across the width and depth of the organisationDemonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution focusExtensive organisational, planning and time management skills with demonstrated ability to work with changing priorities to meet task and project timelinesHigh level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to work independently.If this opportunity aligns with your career aspirations, we encourage you to reach out to us!
