The key responsibilities will include: Assist in the administration processes including student data and file managementDelivery of quality customer service and problem solving Assist with student support and progression claim reportingManagement of work priorities and provision of team supportMaintain a high level of accuracy in data entry to aXcelerate (Student Management System)Provide high level customer service and efficient administrative support to students, employers, trainers and other stakeholders Selection criteria: Previous experience in a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) within a similar role preferred but not essentialStrong administration skills coupled with excellent communication skillsProven record of accomplishment in building great relationships and assisting clients with positive enthusiasm.Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with students and provide clear and concise informationAbility to work autonomously and within a supportive team to achieve positive outcomes for all stakeholdersExcellent computer and MS Office SkillsExtensive training will be provided to the successful candidate as well as the opportunity to undertake further training.
