RPS is seeking a qualified and experienced client-side construction industry Project Manager to join our team based on the Sunshine Coast QLD on a permanent basis to assist in planning and delivering projects across various infrastructure market sectors.

About you Five (5+) years minimum of relevant experience in civil engineering or built form projects' design and/or construction phases. Highly developed problem-resolution, interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage and grow professional relationships. Ability to work autonomously as well as a part of a high-performing team. Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks promptly and efficiently. A strong understanding and proven experience in managing design or construction contracts and contract administration with a focus on time and cost. A strong understanding and proven experience with a range of delivery methodologies, including Fixed Lump Sum, Design and Construct, and Construct only. Experience in reporting, chairing meetings, coordinating, and managing the design and construction process. Stakeholder management experience is highly regarded. Water and/or Roads project experience is highly regarded. Professional Qualifications in Engineering, Architectural, Construction Management or similar; and Registration as a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) and/or AIPM Certified Practising Project Manager certification or equivalent would be viewed favourably.
