Our P&C Team is seeking an experienced Business Partner to join us in a permanent full-time capacity. In this role, you will work closely with our leaders to understand organisational and workforce requirements, to support the delivery of organisational strategy. In this role, you will:
Understand business challenges, priorities and the strategic landscape and use this to support and provide solutions to achieve desired workforce outcomes and meet service and growth demands. As a trusted advisor, engage, listen, guide, coach and build stakeholder relationships with leaders and employees. Build leadership capability and confidence in managing applicable people matters through coaching, education and guidance. Support leaders to deliver a range of operational initiatives to create high levels of employee engagement, performance, and organisational results. Support leaders and employees in the provision of the full range of employee lifecycle services, including Industrial Relations; Grievance Resolution; Performance Management, Talent Identification and Succession Planning and other people-related matters. Facilitate the education, communication and rollout to managers and staff on a broad range of P&C initiatives including strategic and local projects, policies, legislation and processes. To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
Tertiary qualifications in HR with experience in a similar role, providing strategic and operational advice to leaders. Previous experience with implementing HR and people-based initiatives and programs with strong stakeholder management. Strong knowledge of core HR processes. Demonstrated achievement in the provision of professional HR generalist advice including employee relations, industrial relations, change management and performance management. Effective verbal and written communication. High attention to detail. Aviation experience is highly desired.
