We're on the lookout for a dynamic Project Administrator to join our Tourism Assets business supporting the overall projects and the leadership team within the business unit. This is a 12 month max term opportunity based at our head office in West Perth with ad hoc travel to site as required.
This role will be responsible for supporting the leadership team by providing a high level of confidential, efficient support including effective diary and email management, organising travel and accommodation, administrative support, and project coordination to ensure the smooth operation and execution of daily activities.
What will you be doing?
Efficient diary and email management for the GM Tourism Asset Development to facilitate smooth daily operations Organising travel and accommodation (domestic and international) Prioritising enquiries and requests, scheduling them accordingly, and ensuring appropriate escalation of urgent operational matters Coordinating meetings, including room bookings, catering, and preparation of documentation Taking accurate minutes to document discussions, decisions, and action items Preparation of professional correspondence, reports, and presentations What are we looking for in you?
Proven experience as a Project Administrator or Personal Assistant, preferably demonstrated experience within a fast-paced project environment Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure Meticulous attention to detail, especially with written communication Proactive and resourceful nature, with excellent organisational skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite, MS Teams, SharePoint, and other relevant software What can we offer you?
