Your Role:
As Divisional Leader, you will:
Lead the 'Operational Support' division, driving its growth and success across key industry sectors.
Cultivate and expand relationships with an existing client base while identifying and securing new opportunities.
Manage a thriving portfolio with significant revenue potential, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
Build and develop a high-performing team of Recruitment Coordinators and Consultants through mentorship and leadership.
Contribute strategically to the business, aligning your division's goals with the overall company vision.
What You Bring:
Extensive experience in recruitment, ideally recruiting for administration and operations support roles in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or Property sectors.
Strong leadership skills with a passion for building and developing successful teams.
Proven ability to grow and manage client portfolios, driving consistent revenue growth.
A proactive, innovative mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
