The OpportunityWe are seeking motivated individuals to join this 12 month program. Taking a deep dive into insurance broking and risk management, participants will work closely with our experienced and knowledgeable Insurance Broking Team, obtaining a variety of job learning opportunities in areas such as: Insurance policy development and comparisonClaims handling for our clientsInsurance policy market research and renewalsHow to nurture new business opportunitiesYou'll also spend time during the rotation with our CoverLink Underwriting team, Injury Management team and a variety of specialised business areas including Broking Services, Human Resources, Marketing and Communications, and Compliance and Risk.About YouYou're looking for a unique opportunity to begin your career in a people focused service industry. You may be a school leaver, university or TAFE graduate, or nearing graduation. More important will be your keen interest in learning about insurance broking and risk management.
