They are now looking to hire a Rostering Team Leader on a permanent full-time basis. This is a critical role within the organisation where you can use your strong management skills and business acumen to lead and empower their rostering team, drive process improvement and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure excellence in service to their clients.
You'll Be Responsible For: Leading, empowering and managing a team of six within the rostering division. Driving process and continual improvement, implementing new ways of working. Problem-solving and collaborating with the rostering team and wider business to maintain an excellent level of service. Understanding the needs and gaps within rostering practices and improving where required. Assisting with prioritising tasks and managing workload within the division. Essentially you'll have: Proven leadership and management skills demonstrated in a previous role. Experience working in a rostering role. Excellent communication and strong collaboration skills. A natural ability to problem-solve and initiate process improvement. Comfortable working in a busy and dynamic environment. A personable and honest nature who holds high integrity in their work.
