Days & Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, totaling 38 hours per week
Competitive Salary: Band 3 - $67,200 p.a.
+ 11.5% superannuation
Location: Leila Road Office, Carnegie

About the Role: Assist Rostering Officers to:
Prepare and maintain rosters for support workers and respond to new service requests and routine enquiries.Provide an excellent customer experience through phone and face-to-face contact with support workers, clients, families, agencies, and internal staff.You will be responsible for: Assisting rostering officers to ensure support workers' rosters accurately reflect service requests.Contacting clients regarding their rostered bookings, prior to actual service provision.Inputting accurate service notes and information into Council's client management system in a timely way.Communicating with support workers to provide routine day-to-day rostering changes and support.Key Selection Criteria: To be successful in this role, you will bring the following skills and competencies:
