Community Worker

We are looking for a Full-time Community worker who can be able to support community/people dealing with daily living problems including physical, emotional and personal and refer them to agencies in case they require any additional support.
Requirements - A relevant Diploma level qualification or higher.
Minimum 3 years relevant experience is required.
Job Description - Able to research and analyze the community's issues and needs.
Able to assist in preparing food and eating, showering and dressing.
Able to evaluate resources devoted to health, welfare, recreation, housing, employment, training and other community facilities or programs.
Able to interpret identified needs for community organizations, social agencies and groups, stimulate their interest and enlist cooperation Able to keep a check on clients, monitoring and making reports on clients' progress.
Able to provide leadership and coordinate programs.
Able to prepare reports, budgets and policies.
Able to support families, children and disabled people in working units with care and education.
