The role: Join the central residential rostering in this full time Rostering Officer role based in Mile End. What you'll do: Coordinate daily and forward filling of rosters for ACH Group's Residential Care Homes Build a partnership and work closely with the Payroll team to prepare rosters and assist with pay queries Reconcile actual and shift hours Process roster change forms Liaise with the residential sites in relations to shifts Liaise with the Talent Acquisition team to support the management of vacant shifts Publish fortnightly rosters Reconcile and update rosters daily in accordance with the check in/out procedure Undertake regular reporting and flag any trends and / or concerns Undertake other administration as needed About You! The role demands a person with outstanding communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with people and stakeholders at all levels, along with: Experience in rostering, scheduling or a high level of administration experience Prioritisation skills and ability to manage rosters in a volume environment Ability to deliver a high level of customer service Problem solving skills Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy Computer literacy with the ability to use Microsoft Office suite and learn multiple databases You will need: To care about supporting older people to live a Good Life.
