This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our growing organisation and is based out of our Bendigo office. The Rostering Officer assists with the management of the effective and efficient operation of the rostering of support staff with the policies, directions, and delegations of Management.This is a full-time role with remuneration commencing at Level 3.1 on the SCHADS Award ($37.35 per hour), plus salary packaging to reduce the tax you pay and increase your take-home pay (as per PBI status).The ideal candidate will have:Previous experience working in a similar role and/or qualifications within the disability or community services sector;Strong communication skills, both verbal and written;Well-developed resolution and negotiation skills;Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite programs and experience with a client management/rostering system;Ability to work in a busy environment, with tight deadlines and a strong attention to detail;Dedication to their job and their team;Good presentation and a professional attitude.The Rostering Officer will be responsible for:Rostering employees for shifts in an efficient and effective manner;Monitoring hours worked by employees and ensuring this is within Lifely policy and procedures and industrial obligations;Managing employee leave, shift changes, and staff replacement in a timely manner and in accordance with Lifely requirements;Maintaining professional connection with the Community Facilitators and ensuring they're strongly supported;Making a positive and proactive contribution to the program team and Lifely team overall.Applicants can apply using the below button.
