Unidex Healthcare is a privately owned recruitment company established in 2001, operating across Australia with main offices in Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia, Northern Territory, and Queensland.
Unidex Healthcare delivers support to the healthcare and disability industry, primarily attendant care and nursing services. We have invested significantly in our framework and registrations to ensure we deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with an industry-leading quality management system. Our quality management system is aligned to ACIA (industry-leading framework), and we are ACIS provisionally certified, providing us the foundation to deliver complex supports.
The Role: Our QLD participant base mainly consists of high-complex care participants who predominantly have spinal and brain injuries requiring the support of Support Workers, Enrolled Nurses, and Registered Nurses. Due to significant growth, we are currently looking for an experienced Rostering Coordinator to join our internal team. You will commence with a work-from-home arrangement; however, you will transition to an office-based arrangement. We're a young business with a strong foundation and believe in a participant-centric approach.
This role will be on a permanent full-time basis for an immediate start and can offer career advancement opportunities and professional development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities: Supporting the recruitment of staff/care teams (Support Workers, ENs, and RNs)High volume recruitmentAssisting with screening potential candidates and reference checksAssisting with the onboarding of new staffRostering of care teams specific to each participantData entry into our CRM systemEnsuring the compliance of all workers and other organisational governance is upheldSkills & Experiences: Prior experience as a Recruitment Consultant or within the HR/Healthcare IndustryComfortable speaking on the phone to candidatesAppropriate phone mannerRostering experiencePlease note: two current references are required.
