About the role: Rembrandt Living is looking for an enthusiastic Rostering Coordinator to join our dedicated team and help ensure seamless workforce planning that aligns with our commitment to exceptional care.

We have two opportunities available and are willing to discuss full time or part-time negotiable with a minimum of 3 shifts per week.
Rotating Shifts: Monday to Friday – Office Based - 7 am to 3pm, 8 am to 4 pm & 11 am to 7 pm Saturday & Sunday – Home Based 7 am to 1.30 pm & 1pm to 7 pm About you: Are you quick to adapt and find solutions under pressure? Can you keep everyone informed and foster strong working relationships? Do you have a knack for juggling multiple priorities and staying on top of details? To be considered: Previous experience working in a customers service position. Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate data.Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be resilient and adaptable. experience working in a high paced role an advantage.Exceptional organisational skills and computer literacy.Be able to work effectively in a team. It is important to have a positive work ethic, and even more crucial to possess the ability to work independently with minimal supervision when required. Display a positive attitude.
