We are currently seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Rostering Coordinator.
In this role, you will efficiently roster and allocate employees across the organisation, ensuring all shifts are filled in a timely manner. You'll play a critical part in overseeing unfilled shifts, liaising with the General Manager – Residential Services to develop staffing strategies, and ensuring compliance with relevant awards, legislation, and Warrina Homes policies and procedures.
