We are currently seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Rostering Coordinator.
In this role, you will efficiently roster and allocate employees across the organisation, ensuring all shifts are filled in a timely manner. You'll play a critical part in overseeing unfilled shifts, liaising with the General Manager – Residential Services to develop staffing strategies, and ensuring compliance with relevant awards, legislation, and Warrina Homes policies and procedures.

The role requirements: Facilitate, maintain, and update employee rosters in collaboration with managers and supervisors.Responsible for consolidating daily allocation sheets with approved timesheets, following up on clocking discrepancies and outstanding medical certificates, and addressing timesheet enquiries and anomalies before each pay run.Oversee shifts not filled and liaise with the Leadership Team regarding strategies for staffing.Liaise with employees and assist in identifying rostering trends and issues.Be informed of conditions of employment associated with Awards and/or Enterprise Agreement provisions.Assist with reporting functions as required.Support employee leave management Assist with general employee enquiriesWhat we are looking for: Proven experience in rostering and allocation systems.Strong people-focused approach.Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in all aspects of the role.Ability to build rapport and demonstrate respectful interactions with employees and other stakeholders.Effective time management and problem-solving skills.Ability to balance working independently and well as work as part of a team to contribute to achieving the team's objectives.Able to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude.Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as proven strengths in collaboration, networking, well organised and lateral thinking.High level of computer literacy.Requirements: Previous experience in Aged Care is highly desirableValid Australian working rights.Current Flu Vaccination.COVID-19 Vaccination is recommended.Current Aged Care Specific Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)Hold a valid driver's licence.The benefits to you: Exciting Growth: As a growing company, Warrina Homes offers a wealth of opportunities for career progression.Learning & Development: You'll have the chance to develop new skills, take on new challenges, and grow within a fast-paced, evolving organisation.Access to Salary Packaging: Take advantage of salary packaging options to maximise your take-home pay and enhance your overall benefits.Employee Assistance Program (EAP): We care about your well-being, offering access to our Employee Assistance Program to support your mental health and personal well-being.Warrina Homes is a non-smoking workplace.
